CSBSA is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of the Chief Financial Officer and one other senior official from each member board. The current Executive Committee of CSBSA consists of:

Project teams consist of the senior staff representative from each of the following functional areas of the member boards and are coordinated by the Executive Director:

Information Technology
Purchasing
Planning
Accounting
Benefits
Facilities and Energy Management

For specific initiatives arising from a project team, a working committee to address the initiative is established.

The essential purpose of each project team is to identify appropriate interests/initiatives related to the acquistion of goods and/or services for the member Boards and then upon the exercise of due diligence, establish a business partnership with an appropriate vendor/supplier.
